RE: Voxel degree centrality maps
Thanks a lot for your reply Alfonso !
Also in the de-noising step, if I do not include white matter in my parameter as my interest is only in Basal ganglia; what should be the ideal differences I should look for ?
And if I have a well defined structural and functional data, then do I need to give first and second level co-variates?
And one thing though, if I have to do voxel-voxel analysis, then do I need to include my structural data compulsively ? Like, if I do with my functional data alone, my processing time would be faster. Then can I include my structural data in it ?
And if I have to do voxel-voxel analysis, do I need to go for second level analysis ?
Thanks
Regards
Vinay
