I ended up copying the raw functional data to local folder since I was having a problem with setting up the job manager for MATLAB, and completed all the ROI extraction for my subjects. Now I'm in the process of completing first-level/second-level analyses, but my raw data are using up a lot of space in my local hard drive.

I see that first-level analysis creates nifti images (BETA_Subject....nii) for each source ROI/condition, as well as se_Subject...nii. It would be fine if I limit my source ROI to several target regions I'm interested in, but I will run out of space if I include every ROIs from my template as the source (if I understand correctly, this is required if I want to perform network-based statistics on ROI-to-ROI connectivity matrix, am I right?).

So my question is, are there any steps I can take to free up my hard drive space, either by removing the raw functional data (I can change it to symlinks pointing to raw data?) or suppressing the BETA_Subject..nii, without affecting my conn project?
