Normalized masks
Dear all,
I am working in CONN for the first time (and with resting state fMRI in general) and I have a question about the anatomical images and grey matter, white matter and CSF masks I have to enter in CONN. I have entered preprocessed functional scans and normalized anatomical scans. I also wanted to enter normalized grey/white matter/ CSF masks but I do not have normalized CSF masks, only un-normalized ones. Is it possible to only enter grey matter and white matter masks or do I always have to enter all masks? Or is it possible to enter un-normalized masks?
Thanks in advance!
Best wishes,
Julia
