Hi Howard,
The centroid of each of the seed ROIs are saved in the .mat file located in different folders. The easiest way to access them would be to go to results/secondlevel folder (select the appropriate ANALYSIS folder). You would see a .mat file named "ROI". Just load this up into MATLAB. It is a structure having various fields. You are looking for "names" and "xyz" fields which should have the names of all the seed ROIs and their appropriate centroids.
Given that the conn default atlas is in MNI space, you can simply use these centroid values for reporting.
