3d output files
Hello!
I just denoised a big dataset with conn-compcor. The output was in 4d format. Nevertheless, some toolboxes I use are not accepting this format. When I run the 4d files through spm_file_split, the 3d output is seemingly corrupted because the toolboxes are not running with them, and i even received an error message stating they were not nifti format - in spite of the .nii extension.
So what I would like to ask is whether there is anyway to denoise the data in conn and receive an output in the same format as the input data?
Thank you for your help,
Isadora
