CONN is able to do a lot of different types of analysis. After Denoising you will need to decide on what type of first level analysis to conduct, depending on whether you are trying to determine ROI-ROI, voxel-voxel, or ICA analysis you will need to ensure that the proper first level analysis options are chosen. For the group level analysis you can define the desired statistical test by choosing the appropriate contrasts. More details on the available tests and how to view results can be found in the CONN manual which is included in the zip file you downloaded when installing CONN.
