Help about Dynamic fcMRI analysis
Hello,
I'm a freshman in fMRI data analysis. I'm using CONN 17 doing some Dynamic fcMRI analysis of resting states, and getting some questions. Could you help me?
After running setup, denoising and fisrt-level (dyn-ICA circuits) I get some factor circuits and spatial components in summary panel. 1. How could I get the numbers behind the group level ICA spatial components map(some .mat files or sth like that)? 2.How could I get the number of connectivity modulation timeseries?
