RE: ROI denoised timeseries calculation
Hi Athena,
Those timeseries are the after-denoising ROI-level timeseries, and they represent the ROI timeseries after all denoising procedures (e.g. aCompCor, detrending, filtering). The corresponding original (before denoising) timeseries are stored in data/ROI_Subject*_Session*.mat and those are extracted typically by averaging across all ROI voxels (unless otherwise specified in Setup.ROIs, e.g. when using the 'extract PCA decomposition' or the 'extract weighted sum timeseries' options)
Hope this helps
Alfonso

Hello,
I was wondering how the timeseries contained in results/preprocessing/ROI_Subject*_Condition*.mat files are calculated, e.g. taken from the peak voxel or averaged across containing voxels?
Thank you,
Athena
