Hi Jeff,
Thank you for reporting this, that seemed to be a bug triggered by the presence of missing data during the ALFF/fALFF computation, could you please try the attached patch and let me know if you still run into any issues? (this patch is for release 17b, simply copy the attached file to the conn distribution folder overwriting the file with the same name there)
