Modeling of task conditions?
Hi,
I am doing functional connectivity on task-state data. I want to compare how removing the task events (i.e., pseudo resting state) differs from keeping the task conditions. For keeping in the task conditions, in the setup step, if I enter the task conditions, onsets, and durations but take the conditions out of Confounds in the Denoising step, does CONN model these task events? How does this affect the timeseries? Please keep in mind that I don't do first-level analysis. I just use CONN to extract the time series.
If anyone has any insights, I would greatly appreciate your sharing.
