Here is  my study, I have placebo and active treatment group, and Pre and post time points.
If I use MVPA, for subject effects, I use [1 -1], and for condition effects, I use [-1 1]. And I choose the three MVPA components.
Then according to your suggestion,I choose cluster-level FDR, and simulation of 5000 for non-parametric statistics.   

Am I doing correctly? Or you have some other suggestions?
