I am getting close to finalizing a manuscript for the analyses I have been doing in CONN and want to be certain I understand the statistical test being done in this analysis you described above to test for a relationship between ICC values and symptom scores. I set it up exactly as you described with 'All Subjects' and 'Behavioral Scores' entered as a [0,1] between-subjects contrast. What statistical test is being set up?
