RE: Do I have to repeat the Pre-processing?
Hi
If the Setup step finished, CONN will have automatically saved your project, so you may simply re-load your conn project and continue from the denoising step. If Setup did not finish, then simply re-start the Setup step choosing the 'do not overwrite' option so that the analyses continue from the point where it stopped.
Hope this helps

I had a question,
I have already done pre-processing and unfortunately my computer stopped working, it there any way to load the pre-processed input to directly begin with the "De-noising" step?
Please let me know.
I really appreciate.
Thank you
