I am kind of new to the NBS, Is it possible to do a three-way ANOVA on NBS?

There are three variables of my MEG data, which are their diagnostic group (2 groups), type of stimulus in each trial (2 types) and time (80 samples for each trial), recorded for 90 nodes.
