Dear experts, 

I am quite new to CONN and I would like to use some customised ROIs to run a seed-to-voxel analysis. First of all, is this possible? Secondly, I have placed the .nii files of these regions in the conn row folder, but they are not imported in the project.

Could you please advice on how to do this?
