Some clarification on CONN options
Dear CONN experts,
I am running a seed-to-voxel analysis in CONN and wanted to clarify the following points:
- is the band pass filtering carried out as the last step (unless chosen the simultaneous option)?
- I read in the manual that the dimensions in the confound tab represent how many temporal components are used, but I am wondering what is the effect of changing this (increasing/decreasing dimensions) on the denonising process?
- In the case of resting state what is the meaning of the 'effect of rest' confound?
- Finally, in the first level analysis a threshold 0.25 is set. Is there a reason for choosing this specific threshold?
Sorry for the many questions. I am really looking forward to hearing your advice.
Thank you,
Kind regards,
Bianca De Blasi
