CONN connectivity results are not reproducing
Dear Ekaterina,
Results should be identical, there is nothing random or machine-specific in the preprocessing nor processing pipelines. Could you perhaps provide a bit more information? e.g. if you send me your conn_*.mat files for two cases that should produce identical results but do not I will be happy to take a quick look to see if I can spot the differences

I am processing 1.5 T T1w fMRI resting state data, doing preprocessing in CONN with default pipeline and settings. And getting different ROI-to-ROI first level results every run. Also, these results differ by a machine (PC) there I am computing.
