Extracting Confound TimeSeries for Plotting Outside of CONN
Hi,
Anyone know where the files are that contain the confound time series portrayed as time series in the lower left panel in the Denoising Step? (Screenshot attached)
I would like to plot and compute summary metrics across subjects using these confound time series but I can't find these files anywhere. Note that I did not check any of the optional files in the Setup Panel.
