I managed to preprocess the session with a different number of slices separately, added it to the main project, and manually added the corresponding realignment, QA timeseries, and scrubbing outputs (1st level covariates automatically produced and added for the other participants by CONN during preprocessing). However, I can't seem to find the information for the 2nd level covariates (QA Valid Scans, Invalid Scans, Max Motion, Mean Motion etc.) for this session - should it be in a txt file somewhere?
