Denoising step takes too long
Dear Conn Experts,

my data set contains 32 subjects with 9 resting-state sessions each. Each session contains 180 images.
I preprocessed my data according to the default preprocessing pipeline in CONN toolbox. Before applying this pipeline to my data I removed the first 7 scans by adding the preprocessing step "remove initial scans". Preprocessing worked perfectly well.
I defined each session as a seperate condition, so I can evaluate the differences between sessions later during second level analysis. Additionally, I added gender and age as second-level covariates. After that I pressed the "done" button. Again everything worked perfectly well.
In the Denoising step i used the default options, except for removing the effects of conditions and pressed the "done" button. The first two steps were completed within minutes, but the third step now lasts for 16 hours and the remaining time inidictaed by conn is 52 hours from now on.

Do you have any idea why this step takes so long? Could there be any problem with my data or with the options I've selected?

I would be very greatful for any advices!

With kind regards,
