I would like to ask whether I can use REX to extract timeseries from denoised data of a certain atlas, without resizing the atlas to fit with my images' size. Does REX do resize by default? If not, how do you suggest to proceed with atlas rezise while keeping its ROISs boundaries intact? I tried the imcalc function but the number of resulting rois were distorted.
