RE: Coordinates of V1，V2， V5 implemented in CONN
Dear All，
I have checked that V1 is a 6mm sphere around the coordinates (0,-92, -2), however, the V2 and V5 was not sphere ball? And the coordinates reported by CONN (implemented in data, each subject has a ROI list) was not on MNI coordinates ? V2 13.805, -79.4095, -17.7333; V5 is 41.9588,-73.0928,-3.8763??
Anyone else could help please?
