We have an adolescent (healthy and patient) sample. The participants are scanned roughly 16 weeks apart pre and post treatment. What is the recommended approach regarding the use of the T1 structural scan at session 1 vs session 2 using the CONN toolbox? When setting up multiple sessions, CONN defaults to associating the functional data with just one structural. Is it possible to associate two structural scans to their respective sessions? Is it advisable to use just one T1 structural scan for both sessions, given this study design and population? Or must we establish two separate CONN projects (baseline, endpoint) to associate the T1 with the appropriate scanning session?
