Hi all,

Do any of you know of toolboxes that implement task-based granger causality analyses, such that I could infer granger causality between two regions for a specific condition in a task? I would like to use this approach to follow up on some of my conn based analyses.

I haven't been able to find any tools helpful for this yet though.

Any help would be appreciated.
