How CONN set up ROI as default?
Hello CONN experts,
Forgive me if this topic is already written.
I just wonder how CONN set up ROI as default.
I mean, in Setup step or first-level Analyses step, we do define ROI/Seeds.
I usually use default atlas(Harvard-Oxford atlas) and cortical area as CONN gives(ex. atlas.Precuneous etc).
And I understand how Harvard-Oxford atlas seems to by opening $CONNDIR/rois/atlas.descrip.jpg and networks.descrip.jpg.
So here's the question. When I do seed-to-voxel analysis, how CONN define ROI?
If I select ROI as atlas.precuneous, does ROI(precuneous) cover entire voxels defined in Harvard-Oxford atlas?
Or, does ROI cover only sphere centered at some point with certain radius?(like 5mm etc).
If the latter is true, how do I know the exact coordinates for all ROIs defined in Harvard-Oxford atlas?
If anyone has idea, please let me know.
Thank you!
