RE: multi-echo preprocessing with conn
Dear Alfonso, dear Conn users,
I would like to preprocess multi-echo resting-state data with Conn.
I have read that some researchers use Multi-echo independent component analysis for their analysis and other researchers seem to use traditionnal preprocessing with conn or spm or fsl.
Is it valid to use the conn's preprocessing pipeline for multi-echo resting state data ?
Many thanks for your help.
Best wishes,
Ali

Is there a way to do it properly with Conn toolbox ? Should I use specific option ?
Many thanks for all your help.
