RE: Experiment Conditions: combine two sessions/files as a single baseline
Hi Brian,

That probably indicates that you have defined your "rest" condition to only cover "session 1" (but not "session 2"). You may check in the Setup.Conditions tab in the GUI, select condition "rest" and all subjects, click on "session 2" and, if necessary, change the "condition is not present in this session" label to "condition spans entire session" (and then re-run the Denoising/Firstlevel-analysis steps to propagate this change)

Hope this helps
Alfonso

Bonehead question here. I am trying to combine two sessions as one baseline. Specifically, the resting state data are in 2 separate files for each subject. Thus I set up my experiment to have 2 sessions. There are indications that I didn't set-up experiment design correctly, because the temporal components in ICA networks summary in results (2nd-level) displays components for each subject up until the half way point, then drops to 0 for the second half.

Question: how do I get CONN to recognize the two sessions / files are are to be considered one single baseline session.
