Hello,
What is the best way to compute between ICA network connectivity? Can this be done between groups (i.e., controls vs. patients)? I have been using the "conn_withinbetweenROItest" to do the above with selected ROIs, but I'd like to be able to do a similar analysis with ICA networks. Can you please advise? Thanks!
