Dear experts,

I'm trying to use PANDA to do deterministic tractography and extract connectivity matrices from multi-shell DTI images.

However, the following error comes out while I'm running the analyses:

The resulted b vector file for DTK has been saved as: /Users/tp/subj001/trackvis/ForDTK_bvecs
/Applications/PANDA_1.3.1_MAC/diffusion_toolkit/dti_recon /Users/tp/subj001/native_space/data.nii.gz /Users/tp/subj001/trackvis/dti -gm /Users/tp/subj001/trackvis/ForDTK_bvecs -ot nii.gz -b0_th

Can not detect number of b0 for this data.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this?
