Dear experts,

I think I found out a way to solve the ROI building problems through the setup steps (ROIs). I built my ROI according to the peak coordinates. I viewed my ROI and it looks just like the exact area. However, when I select my ROI to explore seed-based functional connectivity analysis, I found my results were so weird. I think I must be doing something wrong. So do you have any suggestions?
