Dear Lars,

thanks for the suggestion. I deleted the old tapas folder and restarted matlab and spm, then the script was able to calculate the pca and showed the first 3 components in a matlab figure. After that a second coregister and reslice with the wca* images were performed, but after completion the script stopped and no multiple regressors were created.
