Dear Lars,

thank for all your help. I modified the script with a higher mask threshold (.95), but now the program stops with the error
  Reference to non-existent field 'censor_unreliable_recording_intervals'.
I copied the following line into the matlabbatch
matlabbatch{1}.spm.tools.physio.model.censor_unreliable_recording_intervals = false;

and receive the message

Item model: No field(s) named
censor_unreliable_recording_intervals

and when the job is running the same error as above.
I was really wondering because on friday I didn't have this problem.
