ROI mat file missing
Dear Alfonso and other forum members,
I have run a 2nd level analysis in conn but the ROI.mat file is missing from the analysis folder even after clicking "Results Explorer" in the bottom left of the CONN 2nd-level interface. Has this happened to anyone here before who could share some advice to solve this issue?
