RE: set-up_miss use of spm for segment
Thanks for reporting this. If you
could please try one of the two following approaches and let me
know whether they seem to fix this issue:
1) edit conn_setup_preproc.m file in line 821 and change spm('version') in that line to spm('ver')
or 2) download and install SPM12 (instead of your current SPM8 installation)
