I have two groups, I used the amygdala as ROI to find the different functional connectivity between these three groups, after second-level analysis, several brain regions showed significant difference for patients group, now i want to know the exact fucntional conenctivity value to further caculatet the realtionship between the disnorbal functional conenctivity and the severity of the illness
