    First of all, does the FDR-Seed Level analysis provide significant results ? Does it calculates FDR as the calculation below ;

FDR-Seed Level 

ROI size (e.g) =2000 voxel
Results when the ROI selected as the seed (whole brain right ?)= 100 voxel
p-unc=0.001

2000 * 0.001=2

FDR-p= 2/100 =0.02


Secondly, is the NBS embedded in CONN ? How can we perform this with CONN ?  Is the NBS something like AlphaSim and Clustsim in AFNI, DPARSFA,REST ?
