How to import the Yeo 7 Network to Conn in surface-based pipeline
Hi All experts,
I am trying to look at the connection between subcortical regions and the cortical networks defined in Yeo 7 network paper.
Do you have ideas how I should start doing this with CONN? I already pre-processed the data using surface-based pipeline.
