Thank you for your efforts to develop the CONN, which provided a lot of help. I used the toolbox to get the task-based functional connectivity matrix for each task condition with the weighted GLM method.

Some reviewers questioned the detailed information of the weighted GLM. However I just could found some glancing description on the website (https://web.conn-toolbox.org/measures/ro...), the manual and the CONN paper (Whitfield-Gabrieli and Nieto Castañón, 2012).

Could you share with me some papers with detailed disscussion about the task-based functional connectivity method ?
