I ran bivariate correlations for ROI-ROI analysis. im interested in correlation between ROI-ROI connection and a behavioral measure (pain intensity), what are 2nd level beta values? is it average Fisher-transformed correlation coefficients between ROI-ROI connections and behavioral scores?
