T-values in ROI-to-ROI
Dear experts,
What do the T-values for the pairwise connections in the results explorer for ROI-to-ROI second level results mean?
Is it a valid test to select a subset and ROIs to assess whether these regions have significant positive or negative connections during rest?
I notice that the T-values (and the associated connectivity matrix I print to Matlab) are different in the results explorer than in the results (2nd level) section for ROI-to-ROI, and there are no beta-values.
I am wondering about which numbers to report, and if a connectivity matrix of positive and negative T-values for my subset of 15 ROIs truly show significant connections.
Best,
Andreas
