Dear Zahra,
Please try the following:
In the edge panel
1. 'Draw edge' session, select 'Above Threshold' and set the threshold as 0.1, tick 'Absolute value'
2. 'Color' session, select 'Threshold' and set the threshold as 0, choose your color, do not tick 'Absolute value'

From the manual I know how to draw only those edges above a specific threshold.
