Hi there, 

I would like to export a mask of the regions that are connected to the hippocampus in my second level ROI-ROI analysis. I have computed a simple one-sample t-test seeding from my hippocampal ROIs (averaged across anterior/posterior masks and hemispheres) to the rest of my ROIs within a group, with a threshold of p<0.05 uncorrected. In the results window, I can see that there are 30 ROIs that survive this threshold. 

When I then open the results explorer, and input the same seed ROIs, target ROIs, and thresholds, I get completely different results with almost 200 ROIs surviving the threshold. I can see from the description on the top bar of the window that it's using my contrast of interest (i.e. the group that I specified in the results window). 

So my questions are: 
1. What could be causing the difference between the 'results window' results and the 'results explorer' results?  
2. Is there a way to export a mask of the ROIs directly from the results window instead of going through results explorer? 

I misinterpreting the information given in each case. I am using version 18b.
