Hi Airi,
The "art_regression_timeseries*.mat" files contain the two raw timeseries which are used internally by ART for determining outliers -simply by thresholding these timeseres-. Typically the first represents the scan-to-scan change in global BOLD signal (in z-score units), and the second represents the framewise displacement -composite motion- timeseries (in mm units). These timeseries may be used, for example, if you wish to manually recompute the list of outliers using different thresholds, and want to avoid having to re-run ART again.
