Compare 2 groups on 2 different seeds
Dear Alfonso and dear CONN users,
I would like to investigate differences in seed-to-voxel connectivity patterns between seed A for group 1 and seed B for group 2. I know that in second level design specification it is possible to specify between-subjects contrasts and between-sources contrasts, but in this case what is the best way to specify this "groupXseed interaction"?
