RE: dealing with both surface and volumetric subcortical and cerebellar areas (cifti?)
Hi Pedro,

Unfortunately CIFTI is not yet supported. In CONN you would need to perform the analyses twice, first using surface-based analyses (to perform your analyses on freesurfer's cortical surfaces), and then using volume-based analyses with a subcortical/cerebellum mask (to analyze the remaining non-cortical areas). This is a very good suggestion, though, so I will see if I can incorporate CIFTI support (or at least an easier way to perform this combined surface/volume analyses) into the next release

Best
Alfonso

I wonder how I could use CONN to simultaneously perform analysis of the whole brain but using cortical surfaces.
IS it possible to use CIFTI?
