Add eight variables, each coding 1 for the site and 0 for the other
sites, like this
A B C ....
1 0 0
1 0 0
1 0 0
0 1 0
0 1 0
etc
A B C ....
1 0 0
1 0 0
1 0 0
0 1 0
0 1 0
etc
