Hi Clas,
My "rule of thumb" (tested on a Macbook pro 2.9Ghz 6-core with 32Gb and using external SSD storage) for MVPA is around 100 subjects*conditions per hour, so 80 hours would seem about right if you have 600 subjects and around 13 conditions (or less conditions but slower hard drive access, which is typically the biggest bottleneck for speed)
