RE: How to merge two different analysis
Hi Luigi,
Simply enter all subjects in your conn project, and use second-level covariates to indicate your two groups (see the tutorials in https://web.conn-toolbox.org/tutorials for more details/examples)
Best

Hello everyone,
I have two groups of patient processed with CONN.
I would like to join them in one group to perform the second-level analysis.
The two groups have been acquired using the same MRI protocol, the only difference is that one group has been acquired before the other one.
How can I do it?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Best regards
