Dear all,

I have reviewer comments about the following: 

- The error bars what do they represent when plotting the effect sizes? I have three different group of subjects, I selected them all and plotted the effects (plot effects button) in the ROI-ROI analysis as well as the ICA networks? 

- Also They asked about the reason of doing ICA at the first level analysis ( I think this is for the group level analysis needed)?

- Lastly, also more details about the temporal demonising of the data using CONN is needed. where can I find this info? 

I would really appreciate if you can help with these methodological questions
