verify alignment of surface ROIs and subject-level data
Hello,
I've completed the surface-based preprocessing pipeline and included a surface file (?h.*annot) for ROI analysis. However, when I look at the 2nd-level ROI-ROI analysis results it looks like the ROI data are overlaid on a volume, not a surface. Could someone recommend a way to verify that the surface-based ROIs are being used to extract the appropriate surface-based subject-level functional data? I've not be successful in using the QA plots to do so, nor am I able to change the background image in 2nd-level analysis to an appropriate surface image.
Best,
Andrew
